Mixed Greens, Cherry Tomatoes, Red Onion, Pepperoncini Peppers, Black Olives and Parmesan Cheese with Italian Dressing  

Chicken Florentine 
Seasoned Chicken Breast filled with a Spinach and Ricotta Cheese Mixture topped with a Creamy Garlic Sauce, served with Sun-Dried Tomato Basil Orzo and Sauteed Broccoli


Dessert:

Chocolate Mousse with Red Raspberries
