ALL FOOD IS PROVIDED BY THE CATERING STAFF OF CAMP SPRINGS WINERY.  

oUR CHEF, CARLYE HOPPER, GRADUATE OF THE MIDWEST CULINARY INSTITUTE, PREPARES ALL THE MENUS USING FRESH, LOCAL INGREDIENTS.  SHE ALSO WORKS WITH CUSTOMERS TO DEVELOP A MENU THAT COMPLIMENTS YOUR EVENT.
